Somehow during the maintenance the group settings here got fouled up.
I don't know whether it is due to something I have done or it is a
Google Glitch but as a result all members have been set to "cannot
post."

Here are my current options:

Default group policy - Member is not allowed to post
Override - Member is allowed to post
Override - Member is not allowed to post
Override - Member's posts are moderated

It looks like a glitch to me.

Anyway be patient, I am resetting every one to allowed or moderated, it
will take a day or so.
