You know, if you use Firefox as your browser, it comes with built-in
spell-checking and it works just fine with Gmail, allowing you to
check your spelling in Gmail on the fly.

Or, if you want to stick with Internet Explorer, you can download a
free utility called iespell, which does the same thing,
