Eight days is way too long.  There is no question about that.

But it IS unrealistic to expect a personal answer to your inquiry,
when you stated: "And what annoys me extremely is an automatic

If you want an immediate personal response, that is a level of service
you need to pay for.

It appears your account somehow got stuck.  There's not much more that
I can say about that.

I would suggest going through the Help notes to see additional methods
for reporting the problem.
