I would suggest that you post to the official gmail help forum, and request
help.
Sometimes your question will get the attention of a Gmail employee, who may
communicate with you directly, or give your problem attention. There is no
guarantee that this will happen; but it is worth a try. Give all the
information they ask for - operating system, anti-virus, etc.
Explain that you have been excluded from your account for 8 days, and that
you have sent responses to maintenance; but you have received no reply, and
you are still unable to access your gmail account.
Title the subject of your post so it explains your problem something like
"Account maintenance problem, no access 8 days and counting"
