*It says my Chrome version is 18.0.1025.162**-
I can't access labs; when I click on wrench to access tools, nothing
happens. I have Vista operating systems Service pack 2 which is, from what
i understand, about to be eliminated. Do you think that may be the cause
of multiple problems I'm having lately, i.e, drop down menus don't work on
chrome or Firefox, only on I.E., and experiencing hanging (lagging?) and
scrolling issues on IE.*
