Hello guys,

whenever i try to download (anything), i see, thru Process Explorer,
that DPCs is consuming most of my cpu: 65 %
CPU is at 99%.

can you please tell me what i can try to do in order to fix this
problem?

ps: my OS is XP pro sp3
