Aparajita,

After un-checking the Start HTTP at startup, only one message appears
instead of two messages:
The database cannot be published

All other databases work correctly HTTP port 80 and others, on this box.
Only this database, on this box generates this message.

Turn off "Publish database at startup" in the web server preferences.
Active4D turns the web server on when it is initialized.
