This bug was fixed in the CVS of Tcllib on Nov 4, although in a slightly
different way (using [scan]), after the Tcllib 1.8 was released.
The fix will be in the next release of ActiveTcl. In the interim you can
pull the most current mime.tcl from the CVS.
