..on a second thought, i can't (or at least could not in the past) get a PI(!) assignment for a customer NOT registered in RIPE NCC service region,
so... hm interesting question/problem indeed, somehow. Might the NCC elaborate on this perhaps? :-)
Maybe something is in the LIR contracts about this i'm not aware of right now?
