I've been using CD Baby for more then 10 years (I was one of their
original customers) and I've always had very proffessional and very
fast communications with them.  I wonder about your emails.  I've
NEVER gotten any sort of auto-reply from them.  I'd stay on them.
They're usually good at delivering.  Regarding digital stuff, that's a
weird thing.  I'm not sure how their system works but I have CDs that
seem to turn up everywhere and some that I have a hard time getting
into the outlets that I want to get them into, but digital is weird
because they submit stuff to sites but then it's on the sites to get
the stuff up.  Like once something is submitted to iTunes, it's up to
iTunes to get it up and for us small time people, well let's just say
we don't get the priority treatment with iTunes ;)
