If that is the only issue that you care about, then a community
self-help site is not what you want. I was going to go through your
long mail point by point but then realized that it would be a waste

I think that it is fair that you have other goals, but perhaps you can

I guess you mean the British Serious Organised Crime Agency? I have no
idea what that proposal is. Was it discussed on this list? Can you
please send a link?
