You are correct.  That is a deficiency in the report that I pointed out
in my comments.  As I have explained to you before if you check a web
site for authenticity it is prudent to check both the domain whois and
IP whois in once process which is why these whois policies needs to be
consistent.

These things have been explained to you many times.  You ignore these
posting and continue to post misinformation.  The only purpose of your
nonsense posts seems to be that you just want to spam everyone with the
