MD5 Checksums Are Not Available on Tools Download Page

The links to the MD5 checksums found on the tools download page result in a 404 no matter which mirror is used (tested several but not all).

Steps to reproduce:

- Go to: http://ws.apache.org/axis2/tools/index.html
- Select "MD5" next to a download link
- Select the specified download link on the mirrors page.

Observe: File Not Found 404 error (depending on the configuration of the mirror)

Expected Behavior: MD5 checksum for the selected file should be displayed.

NOTE: PGP signatures appear to function properly (thus the Minor priority).
