I'm building out some datacenters and have a few devices that do not
natively have any kind of lights-out control.  Can anyone recommend a
small deployment KVM over IP and remote power solution?  I'm thinking on
the order of 5 +/- 3 devices per data center.

It would be a bonus if it could also handle VT-220 console ports as well.
