We have plenty of teams now: 18 women’s and nearly 60 open.  Tomorrow is the
advertised closing date for entries and payments.  We will soon hit the
limits of what the venue can handle.  Payment is the key!          



We’ll be putting up a system for individuals to register and pre-pay for the
camping tomorrow.



If you expect to be on the list but find your team is not there please get
in touch urgently.

If you think you have paid, then also please get in touch.

Camping at London Calling?
There will be a bar open onsite on Friday (from approx 8pm) and Saturday
nights.  I think it will stay open past 11pm if there are customers.



Showgames on Sat night

In addition to the bar, hot food will continue to be on sale on Saturday
evening whilst the show-game(s) are being played – hopefully a GB v Germany
double-header (open and women’s divisions).







Some quick comments about London Calling:

1.       It is a different location to previous years.  The new venue is
very close to M25 on North side of London – near St Albans.  M25 Junction 22
if that helps you remember.

2.       We have a great line up of international teams coming.  Germany are
coming in the Women’s division.  In the open division we are expecting
Germany, Sweden, France, Finland, Austria and Netherlands...

3.       There is camping onsite.  We’re looking at possibility for evening
meal being available – but this will require people to pre-book – details to
follow if this goes ahead.  They will also keep the bar open in the evening.
However there is a charge of £10 per tent.  This is what the venue is
charging us.  Note this is not £10 per night per tent – it is just £10 per
tent regardless of how many nights you are there.
