Sir or Madam,
    I tries to install GNUstep-Startup script on cygwin but fails. Could you have a check the logs? Thanks.

$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-6.0 EV68B599FB63F6 1.7.9(0.237/5/3) 2011-03-29 10:10 i686 Cygwin
