Unless I get a report of this problem from a user of the 2.14.2, I don't  
think we'll backport.

Users of stable generally aren't compiling, and the existing binaries were  
compiled before gcc 4.6

Someone who wants to compile 2.14.2 on their own machine (for whatever  
reason) can set the proper CXXFLAGS if necessary -- or we can just tell  
them to get a different version of gcc.  So I don't think we should issue a  
new release.
