ok, for clarity:

somebody (not me) needs to:
- correct the incorrect instructions on
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.15/Documentation/contributor/uploading-and-security
the current instructions in the CG do not use $LILYPOND_WEB_MEDIA_GIT, so  
they are incorrect.

- simplify the corrected instructions

- get at least 1 other person to try those instructions and confirm that  
they can build the website, exactly as it is on lilypond.org, by following  
those instructions

- confirm that if we change the website in git, their local copies are  
updated automatically.


A very small portion of the work needs to be done by me.  I will do that  
very small portion of the work once the earlier items are done.  The above  
bullet points do not rely on me doing that later piece of work.
