I have no clue what you mean with

That just does not fit with
"For a complete build you will need a copy of lilypond-extra git  
repository. You can checkout a fresh copy easily:

     export LILYPOND_WEB_MEDIA_GIT=$HOME/lilypond-extra
     git clone git://github.com/gperciva/lilypond-extra.git  
$LILYPOND_WEB_MEDIA_GIT
".

So I still have no clue what should be wrong here.  And if you know what is  
wrong, it is not particularly helpful that you don't give useful pointers.

It is annoying enough to have to do the job of everybody not doing the work  
they agreed to do without additional riddles.
