Thanks (I did check both the URL field and the comment fields before my comment,
btw).

It doesn't matter where a link goes.  I personally think it's better to put it
in the body of the issue, because then it doesn't scroll off the screen when
someone's trying to understand the issue, and it's a hyperlink.  In the URL
field, neither of those things are true (which makes me wonder what the URL
field is for, frankly).
