Unfortunately, I'm traveling for most of the rest of this month.  It is unlikely
I will have time to look at this before November.  However, there are other
people on that list who might.  Also, you could try posting to users@ offering
to hire someone.  There are many qualified Subversion developers out there, and
quite a few of them do consulting.
