New Horizons of Syracuse New York has recently added ColdFusion classes to its schedule.
Introduction to ColdFusion MX7 - April 5-6, 2010
Upon successful completion of this course, students will have an understanding of the following topics: - Variables and Built-in Functions. - Passing Variables Between Pages. - Conditional Statements. - Database Basics. - Display Resulting Records. - Build Dynamic Tables. - Build Dynamic Select Lists. - Data drill downs. - Insert Into the Database. - Form Validation. - Update Database Records. - cflocation. - Sending Automatic Email. - Delete Records.   Pre-Requisites: HTML 4.01 Levels 1 and 2 or equivalent knowledge


Advanced ColdFusion MX7 - April 7-9, 2010
Upon successful completion of this course, students will have an understanding of the following topics: Charting and Graphing Options. - Advanced Display Options. - Reusing Content: cfinclude and cflocation. - Reusing Content: Queries of Queries. - Reusing Content: Custom Tags. - Reusing Content: Stored Procedures. - Tracking User Information: Cookies. - Tracking User Information: Session Variables. - Form Validation with Regular Expressions. - Error Handling. - Manipulate the File System with cffile. - "Programming" with ColdFusion. - Components.
