Can I add to this request?

We have a mix of Windows and Mac boxes, and I'd like to know what
people use for asset management/ helpdesk/ work order tracking.  One
app?  Two or three different apps?  My IT guy has been using Track-
IT5.0 but hasn't been including the Macs.  He has no experience and
no ability to run a Windows Server, so we aren't upgrading to a newer
version of Track-IT, and I'd prefer something that has a Web
interface and runs on a Mac box, can use MySQL as the back end, and
handles both Mac and Win clients.
