the grown spurt slows down at around 7 months? Oh, praise be. If my Cocoa doesn't slow down soon, she'll be the size of a mastiff!
Her mom and dad (we THINK he's her dad, lol) are both at 13 pounds; I bet when their get their summer shaves, they'll be about 11. Cocoa is already at 9. !!! She is five months old.

The rule of thumb, is double the weight at 12 and add a few pounds,
next theory is double the weight at 16 weeks and that is about what they
should. My 4 are the oddballs because neither rule of thumb worked,
LOL.
Their growth spurt slows down at 7 months, between 3 and 6 is the biggest
change. They pretty much stop growing upwards at 7 months and just fill
out from there to about a year or a little better.

How
big would predict his full size to be?
If I knew how, I'd post pix.
