I just ran into this problem trying to move files from one machine to another
over Ethernet. I had a file in iPhoto called "(What's the story) Morning Glory?.jpg",
and when I tried to copy my iPhoto Library over to another Mac, the OS puked and said
I had an invalid filename.

The OS let's me use these characters; applications do but networking does not?

Seems inconsistent to me.

Thoughts?
