gives a good handle on jrun, right click jrun process and loads of info
there re security and granting permissions directly
to jrun from within processexplorer,but can't see anything there, nor the CF
MX 7 server logs

I would suggest downloading filemon from sysinternals, as I expect something
is being denied somewhere, and this will tell you what.

The same problem that I had.
It was impossible to fix and had to use the ODBC connection instead of the
SQL connection in CF Admin.
Sorry can't be of more help. I tried SP4 updates for SQL and all CFMX 7
updates and followed all the intsructions by MM but to no avail.
