Hi,

I just found commits that set version number of packages like the taviewer to
2.5.1. I would not bind these packages to a full MidCOM version.

Components should have their own versioning, since a single component can run on
various MidCOM versions without too much changes (like it was possible in the
2.0 thrhough 2.4 region).
