This is long time due. Now we run the last 1.6.x release, and don't  
have even QB on the server.

Piotras, could you help me do this? Some issues with this upgrade are:

* There are several hosts and databases, none of them in ML format
* All Midgard databases run on the remote mysql.nehmer.net host
* There is no local DB process for the "MLization" temporary DBs
* VirtualHost configuration is not in datagard format

- -1 until we have all components used on the server ported to  
baseclasses and cleaned up. This includes least:

* net.nemein.personnel (this is *slow* now)
* net.nemein.downloads
* net.nemein.rss (this will actually be a "subscription mode" of  
net.nehmer.blog)
* net.nemein.calendar (uses baseclasses but not DBA)
* net.siriux.photos

This kills permalink resolution, page titles, indexing and other  
things until the components are rewritten.
