Maybe we can either temporarily remove Neale from openejb-contributors or get someone else not in either openejb-contributors or openejb-developers to try a signup-and-edit of the PoweredBy page to make sure the idea will technically work.

I set it up so that the page should be editable by confluence-users, but not exactly sure if it will work as expected.
