Hi  people is there any way to make this work


I installed otrs 2.4.6 on windows xp and i have set up ldap auth and sync
(ldap ad-db).
that worked fine.

But now my boss wants otrs on linux + ldap auth


I instaled otrs 2.4.7 on debian. I activated ldap auth for customers via
sysconfig.

But when I entered sync (ldap to db) settings in Config.pm

In login screen I get

Error: Access denied for user 'otrs'@'localhost' (using password: NO)


I think it is db access problem.


Can someone explain what to do?
