Proposal - New XMLBeans PMC members

I would like to propose the addition of two new XMLBeans PMC (project management committee) members: Jacob Danner and Wing Yew Poon - long time contributors and committers of the Apache XMLBeans project. Both Jacob and Wing Yew are valuable contributors that proved over time their commitment to Apache values and XMLBeans community.

Please send your comments before next Friday, August 21, when is the target date for an official vote on the matter.
