my requirement is similar to the one in the below link:

where i can add, delete and edit a row. and i am currently using display tag
with struts2.

i am not able to figure out how this add,delete and edit buttons work with
the display tag and the sql tags(i mean the link between the button and the
resulting operation).
for Eg: which code is responsible for adding a new row to the table and
where is it present?

any help/sample code is greatly appreciated.
