The bug is "allout-widgets comment headers break lm-commentary" at
http://debbugs.gnu.org/cgi/bugreport.cgi?bug=11610

The fix is adding ";;; Code:" to line 66 in allout-widgets.el. This
would fix the output of `describe-package' for allout-widgets.
