According to the raw source of your message, you are using:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; rv:11.0)
Gecko/20120229 Thunderbird/11.0
and
X-Enigmail-Version: 1.4.1
You have to configure Enigmail's options to suit your needs.
Please go to Menu/OpenPGP/Preferences and click on the Display Expert
Settings if Preferences is not displaying those expert settings.
In order to better help you, please indicate the path the gpg executable
that Enigmail is using.
What have you got under 'Advanced'?
Now please go to Menu/Tools/Account Settings.../ and scroll to the
account you are using, up to OpenPGP Security and configure according to
your needs the fields under 'Message Composition Default Options'.
Take it from here...
Hope this helps.
