Hi, everyone.

I've made a small update to EPS and released version 1.7 of EPS, and 1.8 of epstools.
There was a slight bug in EPS 1.6 that caused BASE64 decoding to fail.  This has been
fixed.

epstools had a few changes to clean up calls that are deprecated.  Not a major update,
but worth grabbing if you're using EPS in a project.
