I wondered why you don't use Score? I know the gentleman who edited
and typeset the Charles Ives 4th critical edition in Score, and what
the program can do (and the edition itself) are absolutely amazing. It
has a massive learning curve. And I think it would be helpful to have
a mentor show you the ropes while learning it.
