announce the availability of three new binary distributions.  These are:

0.6.4 -- For OS 10.2 (Jaguar).  Please note that this will be the  
last release for 10.2.
0.7.2 -- For OS 10.3 (Panther).
0.8.0 -- For OS 10.4 (Tiger).
