[Fink-beginners] Trouble installing CCP4

Hello,

I have recently attempted to download CCP4 from fink's package database,
however I receive an error upon attempting to install CCP4. The error
notifies me as not being able to download the file as the connection to the
server times out. I therefore installed aria2 and downloaded the
file ccp4-6.2.0-core-src.tar.gz directly from the ftp link given
ftp://ftp.ccp4.ac.uk/ccp4/6.2.0/ccp4-6.2.0-core-src.tar.gz.
I attempted to follow the instructions given by fink on how to manually
install a package : "Once you locate the proper source tarball, download it
manually, and then move the file into your Fink source location (i.e. for a
default Fink install, "sudo mv *package-source.tar.gz* /sw/src/". Then
use 'fink
install *packagename* ' as normal.

I successfully moved the source tarball to the proper location, however
when I attempt to run fink install again I am unable to install the
package.

The exact command I run is fink install ccp4-6.2.0 or fink install ccp4 and
it attempts to install again by connecting to the fink mirror database. I
was wondering how to circumvent this problem and install the actual piece
of software directly. I have thought of using Bill Scott's page, but it
seems to be outdated.

Thank you all greatly
