gphutil.pas : unit for inclusion in other software text or rectangle rotation from a single line  of input

scrnutil.pas reads the file EnQAScr1.txt for all data presented in three columns all from the  external text file whick can be edited with your favorite text editor this will remove most text  form the program. these units compiler code {$P+} which allows strings to of variable size. (see  prog.pdf of free pascal documention)    

The units are usable as is,  there will be an entry check on entered data in a week or so as there are some minor problems with TP7 code to freepascal 2.2.0..
