Here is an outrageous story.  A tiny little website called geocoder.ca is
being sued by Canada Post.  Geocoder.ca has created a crowd-sourced
database of postal codes that is distributed for free under the Open
Database License (ODbL).  Canada Post is suing to have the data taken down
and for lost revenue.****
