I am also quoting two other suggestions I received and did not try. In
particular I ask Viktor Griph if he does not mind to be quoted verbatim in
the way I did (if he objects I'll remove it). I would have preferred to
point to the mailing list archives, but it looks like all this thread has
not been archived !
