Hey guys....

Is there a define for ObjC 2.0 that is shared between clang and gcc
that can be used to conditionally compile in/out code when ObjC2.0 is
or is not being used?   I'm not aware of one and in certain parts of
GNUstep we have been using __clang__ which might not be specific
enough.
