For so long we have surrendered our wellbeing to someone else, eg. our doctor, physician, psychiatrist, priest, etc. It is time to take back our own responsibility. The wellbeing of ourself is none of other's people duty. We have to take care of our multidimensional bodies. Each of it needs our attention and awareness to be caress.
Our body, emotion, mind and spirit need to be taken care of. If we know ourself very well, then we will take care of our body with the right food, exercises, rest, etc. Not just our physical body, our emotion and mind also need to be nurtured too. We can nurture our emotion with happiness, gratitude, optimism, etc. We can just be happy, full of gratitude and optimistic out of nothing at all. No outside sources needed to be in that condition. All of those positive attitudes are inside of us. We should train to control our emotion, so it would not just go with outside situation. We may not control the situation outside of us, but we definitely have authority inside. The mind is trickier to be controlled. Because since early stages of our childhood, we were taught to use our logical mind at large. Since then, the mind controlled most of our lives. Fear is one of the product of our mind. With this fear, the mind controlled our lives very much. Meditation is one method to relax the stress made by our mind. With meditation, we try to control the mind. Taking back our authority. Controlled mind will give us comfort and empowerment. Thus creating synergy in all our aspects. Moreover, with deeper meditation we may tap into our spirit. The pure nature of ourself, the spark from the Source of All. We may benefit much from this spirit, because the spirit carries the original blueprint from the Source for us.
