Rita, different people have different experiences. Some see light or other
visions, some feel the energy while some see or feel nothing. Irrespective
of that, you will get to know when you work with the energies. Those who are
already attuned to an energy system will ususally be more sensitive to
energies. If distant healing works, distant attunements will work as well.
