Harmonic blessings!

Distant attunement worked. Because pure energy knows no boundaries. We know
deep inside about the attunement. For the one that sensitive, maybe they can
see or feel the energy flows, but for the less sensitive the case maybe
different. The main thing is that we have faith that the attunement will be
doing good for us. Sensation is not everything, without it the attunement
still can be flow freely to the recipient.

As what you experience during meditation, the vibration in your hair is
somekind of energy flowing into your crown chakra. The forehead (I guess
that's what we would call ajna chakra/the third eye chakra) is what some
people called the seat of the Soul. Whenever energy movement happened, the
ajna chakra will become active thus what you called felt weird ;-) You are a
sensitive one....

I hope this could give few clarity to yourself.
