[help-texinfo] DVI Issues

Hey folks,

I recently changed my book source output format from PDF to DVI. I
noticed some things.

(1) The copyright symbol just looks like a hollowed out black circle.

(2) The navigation tree in my viewer's GUI is gone.

I am using Evince 2.32.0.
