They send ticket to every message sent to this list which is why i
included the message so everyone knows who has been wondering wyhat is
going on.  Return path for the mail is xfactor@pane...
while the message seems to come from sales@xfac.... So i
guess removing those mail address from the list would solve the issue
for the rest of us.

Really, putting up an e-mail for hlds_linux to read it,  that sends
automatic ticket as reply to everyone on this list is a BAD IDEA.
