I think we can close this, because the nightly builds of TortoiseSVN
trunk don't use our latest trunk code. I guess void pointer was still
seeing this problem because his version of TortoiseSVN didn't have the
fix applied, since his comments date from way before when 1.6.0 was released.

The 'Latest/' folder contains files which are built daily from the HEAD
revision of TSVN trunk code, which is useful for testing the latest changes.
These are not official released files, so any new features may not have
been extensively tested.

All interaction with the repository is handled by subversion itself,
and usually only official subversion releases, or release candidates are used.

So I am closing this issue.
Please let us know if the problem still exists in *actual* versions of
Subversion trunk.
