Hey Vincent, property hashes in dump files have been sorted since before the
1.0.0 release: http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=revision&revision=r849984
So it's very unlikely that you were really observing randomly ordered prop
hashes in dump files.

However, 'svn proplist' and 'svn propget -R' currently have random output order
with APR-1.4.6, and fies for those problems are waiting for review for inclusion
in 1.7.6:
