If the rollups are not round (It's been a while since my daughter
insisted on them for a snack), cut them into circles, put plain cookie
in the middle, and fold like a hamentashen. You might have to patchki
a little to make them stay, try wetting them first around the edges to
see if they will stick together, then go on to stronger glues like
jelly or peanut butter. That would be edible, no? And it would be
very Adar-ish, being an inside-out hamentashen<g>.
